• What are some things you appreciate your mother for?

  I appreciate my mother for several things:

  For her strength, her courage, and bravery.

  For her loving displays of vulnerability.

  For her humorous rants and observations.

  For distilling strong beliefs in my sister and myself.

  For the unfailing love she gives to not just her children but everyone around her.

  For her selfless acts (even though it annoys me sometimes).

  For her sage-like advice.
